"Waste not, want not" I say... Take those unappetising bananas and turn them into this delicious, sweet loaf.
Start by preheating your oven to 180°c, gas mark 4 and line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
Mash up at least 2 bananas and fold these into the mixture as well.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
The final step is to cut a nice, chunky slice of the bread, put it on a plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
